Pursuant to Section 15(2) and (3) of Act No 355/2007 on the protection, promotion and development of public health and amending certain acts, as amended, the Regional Public Health Authority in Čadca establishes the Commission for the Examination of Professional Competence and issues certificates of professional competence.
