REDIAM. WMS HIC 9530 Mediterranean pine forests (sud-) of endemic black pines
Description
WMS service corresponding to Habitat of Non-Priority Community Interest 9530 characterised by open oro-Mediterranean and supra-Mediterranean forests of Pinus nigra subsp. salzmannii (Salareño pine) or with a mixture of this pine and Pinus sylvestris var. nevadensis (Albar pine), under which mantles of Juniperus sabina (sabina rastrera), J. communis subsp. hemisphaerica (enebro rastrero) and/or Juniperus phoenicea (sabina mora) are located. They are settled in dolomites and limestone-dolomies of the Béticas mountain ranges, in which they make up a mid-mountain landscape in which the large portes of these scattered pines stand out.
