Inspire-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 5-051c entered into force on 26.11.2005.
A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning.
The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built.In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
