The SADE programme’s accessibility model
Description
The operating model describes how accessibility is taken into account when constructing electronic ICT-based services. The operating model covers the different phases of the life cycle of design, development and service maintenance.
The operating model has been built on project-level needs and includes perspectives on functional and economic justifications of accessibility in service implementation and the methods and tools applied in the planning and technical implementation of services.
The operating model is primarily produced to support the SADe programme projects. The operating model is also available to other parties and can be freely used as a recommendation and as an aid outside the SADe programme. (5.11.2013)
