Dedications in accordance with the Hamburg Ways Act

Description

The data set contains information on the roads and paths dedicated to the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in accordance with the Hamburg Roads Act (HWG) and on the motorways and federal roads dedicated to the Federal Highways Act (Bundesfernstraßengesetz). It should only serve as a starting point for the status of the dedication. No guarantee can be given for the correctness of all data. The dataset contains two layers. The first contains a linear representation of the dedications of the respective streets. The source of the layer is the Hamburg Road Information Bank (HH-SIB). Since the lines shown cannot be closed automatically to the surrounding surfaces, the second layer is currently under construction. This contains an area-based representation of the dedications and serves in particular to map the dedication status of side rooms and widening areas. The second layer is gradually filled with data and is not complete. The basis is the dedication order and the respective official scoreboard with the dedication announcement. In the case of dedicated streets, the date of the dedication is usually indicated. The term "before Hamburger Wegegesetz" is used for roads and paths that were already considered dedicated at the time of the entry into force of the HWG within the meaning of §64 HWG and were accordingly not dedicated under the HWG.
