Description
The set contains information about permits for outdoor advertising outside the settlements of the region provided by the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.
The provision of administrative services is regulated by the Laws of Ukraine "On Local State Administrations", "On Advertising", "On Motor Roads", "On Permissive System in the Sphere of Economic Activity", "On the List of Permissive Documents in the Sphere of Economic Activity", "On Administrative Services", Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 05.12.2012 Ü1135 "On Approval of Model Rules for the Placement of Outdoor Advertising Outside Populations", Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 16.05.2014. Decree of the Regional State Administration of July 18, 2017 Ü403 "On approval of the Procedure for granting permits for placement of outdoor advertising outside settlements in Ivano-Frankivsk region".
