The development concept is essentially based on a further development of the landscape planning-urban planning report commissioned by the administration in 2015. This had identified the areas between Buchenkamp, Tonradsmoor and Eulenkrugstraße as housing potential due to the comparatively low restrictions and submitted a mass study for a possible future development of the areas at Ferck’schen Hof with up to about 60 housing units and a facility for dementia patients. Such development can be continued on the southern adjoining areas in comparable urban typologies up to Eulenkrugstraße. The planning law admissibility of the planned public accommodation of refugees in the south-eastern area is to be limited in time in the development plan. The remaining areas to the east should remain undeveloped.
