WFS NW ALKIS floor plan data simplified scheme
Description
The real estate register is managed in electronic form in the Official Property Registry Information System (ALKIS). This Web Feature Service enables the targeted download of geo-objects in ALKIS based on a search query (direct access download service). The service provides only the following geo-objects limited to the essential properties in the format of a simplified data exchange scheme defined in the “AdV Product Specification ALKIS-WFS and Output Formats (Shape, CSV)” (see www.adv-online.de): Parcels [without owners], buildings, actual uses, administrative units, cadastral districts. The service is designed for use in simple, practical GIS clients without complex functionalities. Output formats are Shape and XML. If multiple attributes exist (e.g. actual uses or addresses), these are listed in the corresponding attribute by defined separators separately. Status of the data used: 01.10.2021.
