Development plan Jenfeld 16 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Regulation on the development plan Jenfeld 16 of 20 July 1976 (HmbGVBl. P. 177) is amended as follows:
1.The annex to the Regulation amending the Regulation on the Jenfeld 16 development plan is added to the Regulation.
2.§ 2 is replaced by the following:

The following provision applies to the implementation of the development plan:
In the commercial area, retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing enterprises, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, shall be permitted to issue or store such items. Storage places are not permitted. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
