Development Plan Jenfeld 16 1st Amendment Hamburg

The regulation on the development plan Jenfeld 16 of 20 July 1976 (HmbGVBl. p. 177) is amended as follows:
1.The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Jenfeld Development Plan 16" is added to the Ordinance.
2.§ 2 is replaced by the following:
"Paragraph 2
The following provision applies to the execution of the development plan:
In the industrial area, retail establishments are prohibited, with the exception of mail order establishments. Exceptionally, retail trade in connection with craft and manufacturing businesses, as well as businesses that trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, are permitted to exhibit or store these articles. Storage places are inadmissible. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
