Integral Depth Chart (IKG100)
Description
The basic purpose of the coverage is to define the conditions and limitations for carrying out spatial interventions and activities in flood-prone areas. The data are also intended for the planning of flood risk reduction measures, planning of spatial planning and spatial interventions and information on flood conditions.
The areas are designated in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Rules on the methodology for determining flood risk areas and associated erosion of inland waters and the sea, and on the method of classifying land in risk classes (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 60/2007). Surface spatial objects represent low depth ranges (Gm) where the water depth is less than 0.5 m at Q100 flow rate, middle depth ranges (Gs) where, at Q100 flow, water depths are greater than 0.5 m and less than 1.5 m, and great depths (Gv) where the depth of water is greater than 1.5 m at Q100 flow.
The range of validity of the results shall indicate the area where these results apply.
