Planning needs in Hyvinkää
Description
Article 16(1) of the MRL lays down provisions on planning need areas, the provisions of which also apply to the construction referred to in Article 16(2). Article 72 of the MRL governs the need for planning in the coastal area.
The material indicates the planning need areas referred to in section 16(3) of the Environmental Protection Act, which have been determined in the building order of the City of Hyvinkää. The land register villages of Arolammi, Erkylä and Nukari and the land register village of Hyvinkää, with the exception of areas located entirely within the village of Kytäjärvi, have been identified as planning needs.
In a planning need area, the assessment of the conditions for a building permit is based on the special conditions laid down in section 137 of the Land Use and Building Act, in addition to what is otherwise provided on the conditions for a permit.
The area designated as a planning need area includes the possible expansion areas of the central agglomeration as well as the noise areas of the motorway and railway.
This provision shall remain in force for 10 years from the date of entry into force of the building regulations.
