Land use in the district of Ammerland
Description
A development plan is developed from the land use plan and legally binding for spatially limited areas as municipal statutes on how land can be built (type and measure of structural use and construction).
Land use is usually residential, commerce, industrial and public/private infrastructures, as well as supply and disposal.
The development plans were drawn up by the 6 municipalities of the district of Ammerland.
