REDIAM. WMS HIC 2210 Crucianellion maritimae coastal dunes
Description
WMS service corresponding to the non-priority Habitat of Community Interest 2210 consisting of fixed, tertiary or grey dunes of the central and western Mediterranean coasts, with fixed or semi-fixed substrates, colonised by lively low-bearing vegetation belonging to the Crucianellion maritimae alliance in which the caméfitos dominate. These are dune cords more or less parallel to the coastline, fixed and stable, in which the development of an incipient soil is possible, but in which the evolution towards a high shrub vegetation or tree vegetation is impeded by the influence of the sea wind and the widespread poverty of sandy soils.
