Hydrological Plan of the Tinto, Odiel and Piedras Hydrographic Demarcation. Cycle 2009-2015.
Description
The Hydrological Plan for the Tinto, Odiel and Piedras river basin district was initially approved by the Governing Council of the Junta de Andalucía on 2 November 2011 and subsequently by the Council of Ministers held on 14 September 2012 (BOE 15 September 2012). We are facing a 6-year cyclical planning process, so it should be noted that most of the attached coverages are a "fixed photo" corresponding to the 2009-2015 planning cycle.
Through the attached vector information, it is intended to show the most significant aspects of the Hydrological Plan of the Tinto, Odiel and Piedras river basin district. It includes the final documents of the Hydrological Plan (Memory, Annexes, Regulations, Environmental Sustainability Report and Environmental Memory), as well as complementary documents of the Plan ("Mining pollution of the Tinto and Odiel rivers" and "Work necessary to improve knowledge and protection against pollution and deterioration of the status of groundwater bodies of Andalusian river basin districts of an intra-community nature"). This plan was drawn up in 2012 by the Directorate-General for Planning and Management of the Public Hydraulic Domain of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and the Environment.
