WFS Digital Landscape Model 1:250 000
Description
This download service provides the digital landscape model 1:250 000 (DLM250) for the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. The DLM250 describes the topographic objects of the landscape and the relief of the earth’s surface in vector format. The objects are assigned to a specific object type and defined by their spatial location, geometric type, descriptive attributes and relationships with other objects (relations). The data collection includes object types, such as roads, railways, waters, settlements, vegetation and administrative boundaries (up to the district level) The relief is also represented by contours and other surface shapes. Which object types the DLM250 contains in detail and how the objects are formed is defined in the ATKIS® Object Type Catalog (ATKIS®-OK250). The data are protected by copyright, but are provided free of charge with the data license Deutschland Namesnung 2.0. Scale: 1:250000
