Development plan Winterhude 71 Hamburg

Description

The 3.5 ha plan area is located in the district of Hamburg-Nord in the City Nord (city district Win-terhude, district 408). It comprises the property of the former “Postpyramide” Überseering No. 30 (Flurstück 1430) as well as the adjacent public transport areas up to the centre of the street. The area is confined to the west by the plots of residential development at Wesselyring, to the north by Sydneystraße, to the east by the Überseering road to the east and to the south by the property Überseering No. 32-34 built with office and commercial buildings.
