Description
The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the ‘Oberried III (Teiländerung)’ development plan of the city of Überlingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Section 8 Industrial Estates (GE) ; BP "Gewerbegebiet Oberried III, Teiländerung" : simplified procedure pursuant to Paragraph 13(1) of the BauGB;
