Statistical indices for Freiburg i. Br. New housing index (categorisation)

Description

The new housing index is a very volatile index with strong annual fluctuations. It indicates areas where new construction is being or has been made and the number of persons and households has changed accordingly. It includes: Population development (change rate), proportion of new-build housing last 5 years, rate of change of housing stock, rate of change Households. The new housing index can help to justify changes in the population and social structure that are reflected in other indicators and indices over time. Result of factor analysis: Quantiles of the estimated coefficients for factor scores by means of regression analysis (factor calculation based on 3-year mean)
