Reserve area forest multiplication (forest-field-change)
Description
principle (see glossary) in the regional plan, which aims to protect areas in which afforestation is to be carried out, thereby increasing the proportion of forest in the regions. These are, on the one hand, areas that are to be completely forested within the limits of a concrete form and, on the other hand, areas in which a forest-rich but semi-open landscape is to be developed by the (additional) creation of smaller forest areas, in accordance with the landscape character and taking into account local conditions. -Planungsverband Region Chemnitz with legal basis Regionalplan Chemnitz-Erzgebirge, update (as of 31.07.2008)
