Development Plan 5-065a entered into force on 16 April 1992. Its scope lies in the district of Lehen.
A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
