Regional RAMAVA by statistical area
Description
Contains aggregated data on the building land reserve by statistical area. RegionalRAMAVA data as statistical areas are for the years 1997-2001, 2010 >.
The statistical areas for each year are based on the statistical division of the regional map of the year. Building land reserve data are based on municipalities
calculation rules agreed in cooperation (2011). The old building land stock data have been recalculated with these new rules.
Kauniainen was included in the calculation for the first time in 2010. Helsinki data are missing for 2001. For missing data
statistical territorial boundaries are included and the data are described as missing.
Characteristics:
Municipality, TLD, statistical area number/city part number and its name, number of buildings, number of planning units, building right,
built floor area, floor area under construction, imputed land reserve, newest and oldest building, and the main owner type of the area’s properties.
The data can be viewed and downloaded from HSY’s open map service https://kartta.hsy.fi. The same data and data from previous years are also available on HSY’s open data website www.hsy.fi/avoindata. More detailed information descriptions of the material are also available on HSY’s website.
