Description
The Schedule of Fees for the Special Use Regulations of the City of Zurich (GOSGR) regulates the calculation of the fee for the structural use of public urban land for private purposes. For this purpose, account must be taken, inter alia, of the land value at the place of use.
Purpose: The data set is used to determine in which area the use takes place and which tariff is applied.
