Land use plans (Municipality of Diekholzen)
Description
The land use plan is a preparatory land use plan. It contains a plan drawing with justification. It belongs to the system of "spatial planning", with which the urban development of the municipalities is controlled. The land use plan forms the basis for development plans that are developed from the land use plan (two-stage land use planning). The land use plan is drawn up by the municipality within the framework of its planning sovereignty. It regulates the type and extent of structural use for the entire municipal area. The zoning plan shall consist of one or more plans drawing the determinations and a detailed written justification. Changes to the existing land use plan are also possible for sub-areas.
