Description
The development plan Altona-Altstadt 16/Altona-Nord 13 for the area of application west of Holstenplatz/on both sides Holstenstraße (Altona district, districts 206, 207) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Haubachstraße -Western borders of parcels 34 and 31, over parcel 1356, west borders of parcels 29, 28 and 27 of the Altona-Northwest area, west and north boundary of the parcel 1722 of the Altona-Nord area — Holstenstraße —
Northern boundary of the parcel 1799 of the Altona-Nord area — Holstenplatz — Holstenstraße.
