Description

The development plan Altona-Altstadt 16/Altona-Nord 13 for the area of application west of Holstenplatz/both sides of Holstenstraße (district Altona, districts 206, 207) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Haubachstraße -Western boundaries of parcels 34 and 31, over parcel 1356, western boundaries of parcels 29, 28 and 27 of the Altona-Nordwest district, western and northern boundaries of parcel 1722 of the Altona-Nord district - Holstenstraße - Northern boundary of the parcel 1799 of the district Altona­ Nord - Holstenplatz - Holstenstraße.
