Development plan no. 15 — Painter district — City Großräschen
Description
In 2007, the development plan No. 15 laid down the planning law basis in order to enable a new structure or use for the land directly on the federal road. These areas were affected by dismantling as part of the urban conversion, are heavily contaminated by immissions and are therefore permanently free from development. The area is preserved as a green area.
