Development plan Sinstorf 20 Hamburg
Description
The Sinstorf 20 development plan covering both sides of Winsener Stieg, east of Winsener Straße and south of Amkuchenberg (Harburg district, district 708) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Northern boundary of parcel 1479, over parcel 1480, northern boundary of parcel 1497, eastern boundary of parcel 1497, northern boundary of parcels 1576 and 1552, eastern boundary of parcels 1552, 1551, 1553, 1558 (Winsener Stieg), southern boundary of parcel 1558 (Winsener Stieg), via parcels 1556, 409 (Weiherheide), 410, 1532 and 1599, southern boundary of parcel 1598, over parcel 1382, south borders of parcels 1258 and 1048, western borders of parcels 1048,1358, 1514 (Winsener Stieg), 1513, 1520, 1127 and 1479 of the Sinstorf area.
