Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Hürrnen (1st Amendment)” of the municipality of Malsburg-Marzell from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Single and semi-detached houses are allowed throughout the building area.
