INSPIRE-WMS ST AM, Mining Permits
Description
In the subject of management areas, reporting units, an extract from the Berechtsams Database provides all valid mining authorisations pursuant to §3 Bundesberggesetz (BBergG) of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310), as amended. The dataset contains exploration and areas with mining authorisations, information on the type of authorisation under the Federal Mountain Act.
The geodata of the mining authorisations are not legally binding in the sense of information from the Berechtsamswesen issued by the mining authority.
