Environmental Ordinance - Exploration area conditions nature burial within Gelder's nature network
Description
This file contains the exploration area where nature burial is possible under certain conditions. An exception to the ban on new establishment within the Gelders nature network is made for a limited number of developments in the least vulnerable nature for those functions, of course only where they do not coincide with habitat areas, or large units of nature, nature pearls, A-locations forest and the wet areas. This map layer was last modified by a low-policy change adopted on 23 April 2024 and entered into force on 1 May 2024.
