Former Youth Village - 1st Amendment

Description

The first amendment to the development plan "Former Youth Village" of 07.12.1995 is intended to create planning conditions for the restructuring of the residential area with the aim of achieving recognised residential, technical and/or energy standards and adapting the structural use of the entire area to a reasonable extent without fundamental changes to the building structure.
