Green areas City of Plauen
Description
According to the statutes concerning the use of the public green areas of 24.01.2008 No.43/08-10 and the 4th amendment of 05.03.2013 No 40/13-3 green areas within the meaning of these statutes are the public green spaces created by the City of Plauen or maintained by the City of Plauen. They are public institutions of the city of Plauen for general free use in accordance with these statutes and are intended for the health, recreation and leisure of the population and/or urban development, ecological issues and/or the design of the site and landscape.
