Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Southeast and Krähenlau” of the town of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The aim of the development plan change is to define clearly defined areas of use that correspond to the statements of the retail concept for the city of Lachingen.
