[DREAL OCCITANIA] Installations Classified for Environmental Protection (ICPE) operating in Occitania
Description
Point location of installations classified for environmental protection, subject to Seveso/Authorisation/Registration schemes, which are in operation and which fall under DREAL Occitanie as an inspection department. An ICPE is an establishment (installation) that has an activity corresponding to an activity heading described in a list of the environmental code. The classification regime of the CIPE (Seveso, Authorisation, Registration, Reporting) is set by a specific threshold for each item. Facilities under the reporting regime are not included (management by the Prefectural Services).
