Development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau.
Development plan 3-017 entered into force on 25.4.1970. Its scope lies in the districts Waldsee, Wiehre and Oberau.
A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
