Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Alte Schonacher Straße 1 Amendment” of the city of Triberg from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The construction area is divided into a “General Residential Area” (WA) and “Mixed Area” (MI). Due to the modification of the construction plan, the planned connection to the L109, Schonacher Straße.
