JHS 155 Use of e-invoices in public administration
Description
The recommendation contains recommendations on the use of e-invoicing by public administration. The recommendation aims to improve the efficiency of public administration functions by increasing the sending and receipt of e-invoices. E-invoicing is a key part of electronic financial administration and paperlessness. The general objective is that the share of e-invoices in the share of all invoices sent in Finland increases rapidly. This objective will be pursued by harmonising and simplifying invoice processing routines and by using only commonly used operating models. This recommendation replaces the old JHS 155 recommendation (2003-11-17). (18.8.2011)
