Landscape plan — scope of application
Description
The landscape plan is a plan provided for in the Federal Nature Conservation Act (§ 11) and the Landesnaturschutzgesetz NRW (§ 7), in which the local objectives of nature conservation and the measures for the maintenance of the landscape are presented and legally binding at the level of the districts and towns.
