Description
The Austrian map 1:500 000 (ÖK500) depicts the entire federal territory on a map sheet. The Earth’s surface is mapped into the plane in the European Terrestrial Reference System 1989 (ETRS89) using Lambert’s conforming cone projection with the two parallel circles of 46° and 49° north latitude in the international reference system.
