Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortskern” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area covers an area of about 2 hectares and is located in the center of the municipality of Seelbach, enclosed in the eastern area of Landesstrasse 102, south by Markststrasse and to the west by the railway road.
