Hydrogeological profile types of the unsaturated zone

The hydrogeological profile type map of the unsaturated zone is available in digital form. The unsaturated zone (leakage water passage) up to the main aquifer was investigated. A scheme defines 10 characteristic profile types, which are represented in their area-wide distribution.

A distinction is made between aquifers (sand, gravel) and aquifers (slurry, slurry, pool clay, etc.). The low water levels from the dry year 1996 served as the groundwater level.
