Soil duration monitoring in the state of Brandenburg
Description
The present pointshape includes the locations to the measuring points of the
Permanent observation areas in the state of Brandenburg.
Permanent soil monitoring is a tool for long-term monitoring
changes in the state and functions of the soil in the sense
the Federal Soil Protection Act or other sub-legislative regulations.
Soil monitoring is not isolated, but as a central
To consider the element of integrated environmental observation. Objectives of the soil—
permanent observation is both Brandenburg-specific and nationwide
a) the recording of the current state of the soils;
the long-term monitoring of soil changes; and
C) derivation of forecasts
for the future development of soils.
As factual data, in addition to the designation of the soil permanent observation area, also information on the type of use,
the main natural spatial unit group, the soil exit rock, the soil type, the soil type of the
Topsoil and the category for their selection. Aggregated and quality-tested measurement data will be supplemented at a later stage.
Note: The location of the sites has been rounded to whole km and therefore does not correspond to the actual location of the soil permanent observation areas. The database contains the locations (point data) for measuring points of the soil duration observation of the state of Brandenburg.
