This publication contains the protocol amending the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance Especially as Waterfowl Habitat, adopted in Paris in 1982 and in force for Canada as of October 1, 1986. It updates the institutional and administrative framework of the convention to strengthen international cooperation for the conservation and sustainable use of wetlands.
