XPlanung dataset BPL “Russäcker”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Russäcker” of the municipality of Ebenweiler from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The development plan defines a General Residential Area (WA) with approximately 51 building plots east of the centre of the municipality of Ebenweiler north of the streets Dekan-Müller-Straße and Friedrich-Bernheim-Straße. In the north and east, the planned area is limited by agricultural land. In the south and west, the area follows the existing residential development.
