DSI - Municipal Spatial Implementation Plans
Description
This dataset series contains the digital vector version of all municipal spatial implementation plans, both the definitively approved and those in layout. The definitively approved plans are both the municipal spatial development plans approved by the deputy and the municipal spatial development plans finally adopted by the municipal council. The plans approved by the deputation are plans whose invitation to plenary was sent before 25 April 2014. After this date, the procedure is in place whereby the plans are definitively adopted by the city council and no longer require approval. The suspensions and annulments of the Council of State have also been incorporated. The plan outlines and plan elements are available in this dataset series insofar as they have already been uploaded by the relevant municipal authority, which owns the data and is responsible for the content.
