Soil benchmarks Hohenlohekreis
Description
Automated form of ground values of municipalities in the Hohenlohekreis, as required by §10 (4) ImmoWertV.
The soil benchmarks are recorded uniformly within the framework of the GDI soil benchmarks for administration, business and the public by the relevant Joint Expert Committees Öhringen and Künzelsau. The data is available in the format of the interface definition of the Central Office for Land Value Determination (ZGG-BW) and the Land Benchmarks Directive (BRW-RL).
The prices are indicated in EUR/m² and are for fully developed, undeveloped plots. Special influences that can negatively affect the land, such as flooding risk, extreme hillside location, building ground problems, poor plot cutting, contaminated sites, protected areas, unfavorable development, etc. are not taken into account.
Since no bandwidth is permitted under the applicable rules for soil benchmarks, average values were established on the basis of the purchase price collection.
