Development plan Othmarschen 40 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Othmarschen 40 for the area of application east of Baurstraße and north of Jürgen-Töpfer-Straße (district Altona, district 219) is established. The planned area is limited as follows: Jürgen-Töpfer-Straße (old: Johann-Mohr-Straße) - via parcels 2178, 2179 and 2182, western boundary of parcel 2182 (Baurstraße), via parcels 2182, 2179 and 2178, northern boundary of parcels 3072, 3106, 3108 and 3109, northern, eastern and southern boundary of parcel 3111, via parcel 2616 of the Othmarschen district.
