Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Kirchenösch — Expansion” of the city of Meßkirch from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Extension of the scope for a construction project (Flurstück 45/20; Anton-Gabele-Straße 22).
