University interactive online services

Since 2009 the data relating to the most popular university services are collected annually by ERGO (Regional Agency for the Right to Study) and by universities in Emilia-Romagna that can be started and / or completed online. This does not include services with only online information and forms.

The data were collected through a direct search on the websites of universities and ERGO by consulting the sections "student services" or "online services", in addition to the reports by ERGO itself. The name of the service, the type of service, the recipients of the online service offered as well as the competent entity providing the service and the general URL of the entity providing it are indicated.

The data is collected by ERVET spa on behalf of the Emilia-Romagna Region – Coordination of the Regional Telematic Plan which is the owner of the data.

The overall update of online services is done once a year, inserting new cases of interactive services detected and removing those no longer available. The list of specific services, thematic areas and the type of activity is amended when it is deemed necessary and there is no defined deadline. At the beginning of each month, so-called broken links are updated for already inserted services.
